AquaFit uses water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Participants will experience a rise in heart rate throughout the class and implement a wide range of movements along to music.

Based on aerobics, but using water for resistance to tone and strengthen the muscles, AquaFit is a low-impact group exercise class, suitable for adults of all ages and abilities.  It will improve your endurance and stamina, tone and condition your body and strengthen your heart and your lungs.

The support of the water puts considerably less stress on your joints and muscles and is perfect for weight loss and muscle toning if done on a regular basis, so get in the pool, move to the music and burn those calories!
