Immersive Cycling Studio

The brand new Fully Immersive Indoor Cycling Studio at Kings is scheduled for completion in February 2020 and will be the first dedicated immersive cycling studio in the Channel Islands.  The studio will contain brand new state of the art Stages SC3 indoor bikes, which ride just like a road bike and feature bespoke Sprintshift gear adjustments.  Each bike is also fitted with a Stages Power Meter to measure the power output of the rider. 
 
Marina Members will have the opportunity to experience this new facility as part of their membership and the new studio will provide an unrivalled class immersive experience with a giant 8.5m x 3m curved cinema screen, LED ceiling feature lights which will be programmed to give a sense of movement, together with synchronised UV cannons and strobe lighting to give an amazing fully immersive experience.  
 
The Trip by Les Mills is the world's most cutting-edge workout.  It's a group cycle class ridden through digitally created worlds.  You'll burn up to 800 calories per class, but you'll be so immersed in the experience that you won't even notice how hard you're working.
