Boot Camp

Boot Camp training is certainly not for the faint-hearted, but the fitness benefits, camaraderie and sense of achievement are second to none.  Our outdoor group training sessions (which take place whatever the weather and whatever the season) have elements of military-style fitness programmes and provide a varied full body workout.

Boot Camp is available to our members as part of the Kings access agreement and we have helped many individuals reach fitness levels that they only ever dreamt of before now.

Our sessions take place in the early morning at 06:45am, which proves popular with office workers as they are able to fit in the invigorating training sessions ahead of their working day.  The training takes place either at Kings or off-site and always outdoors.  Every session includes both resistance and cardiovascular exercises. If all of this isn’t enough to tempt you then perhaps the fact that it is FREE to members is enough to get you queuing to sign up!

Expect to work hard, expect to get hot and sweaty and expect to see results!
